2.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) fada88 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fada88 username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your account. fada88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

3.3 fada88 accounts are personal to the registered holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
3.4 You are responsible for all activities that occur under your fada88 account, whether or not you authorised those activities, except in cases where you have promptly reported unauthorised access in accordance with clause 3.2.
3.5 fada88 reserves the right to close dormant accounts — defined as accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. Any remaining balance will be handled in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on the fada88 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). fada88 does not apply currency conversion fees for PHP transactions.
4.2 Accepted Deposit Methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank bank transfer, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
4.3 Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. For first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain threshold amounts, fada88 may require the submission of identity documentation. Most GCash and Maya withdrawal requests are processed within 5–60 minutes, subject to verification status and system conditions.
4.4 fada88 applies Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. fada88 reserves the right to request documentation justifying the source of funds for any withdrawal.
4.5 fada88 does not charge withdrawal processing fees for standard e-wallet channels (GCash, Maya). Bank transfer withdrawals may be subject to the processing fees of your financial institution. Fees applicable to USDT TRC20 withdrawals are displayed at the time of the transaction.
4.6 Players may only withdraw funds that represent genuine gameplay activity. fada88 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or money laundering until the matter has been investigated and resolved.
5.1 All bonuses and promotional offers made available by fada88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion's specific terms shall prevail for the matters they address.
5.2 Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds credited to a fada88 account are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the individual promotion terms.
5.3 Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. 5.5 Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement process. Bonus balances that remain unutilised after the expiry period stated in the promotion terms will be forfeited.
6.1 Each game available on the fada88 platform is governed by the specific rules of that game as determined by the game provider. fada88 is not responsible for the rules or outcomes of third-party games but selects providers who hold valid certifications from recognised independent testing laboratories.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or software error that affects the outcome of a game round, fada88 will investigate the incident and, where appropriate, void the affected round and refund the stake to the player's account. fada88's determination regarding such matters is final.
6.3 fada88 reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of obvious pricing errors in the sportsbook. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned to the player's wallet balance.

8.2 You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any fada88 content without prior written authorisation from fada88. Unauthorised use of fada88's intellectual property may result in legal action.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, fada88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from your use of, or inability to use, the fada88 platform.
9.2 fada88's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited into your fada88 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
9.3 fada88 makes no warranty that the platform will be available without interruption or error at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond fada88's reasonable control may result in temporary platform unavailability.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude fada88's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by fada88's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
10.1 fada88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference.
10.2 By registering on fada88, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes your name, contact details, payment information, and gaming activity data.

12.2 Upon account termination for any reason other than breach or fraud, any remaining balance in your fada88 wallet (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used payment method, subject to identity verification requirements.
12.3 You may close your fada88 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. All game history and transaction records will be retained in accordance with applicable data retention requirements.
13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
